Friday Fun!

April 24, 2009 By Lisa Lewis

I don’t know if you will find this photo as funny as I did when I took it last December, but it really struck my funny bone at the time.

Later when I was looking at it I thought maybe it was a little melancholy (or maybe I was feeling a little melancholy!)

How does this strike you today?

Don’t know why but this reminded me of a scene from the Lion King (one of the greatest movies of our time)

Simba: Ouch! Jeez! What was that for?
Rafiki: It doesn’t matter, its in the past. Simba: Yeah but it still hurts!
Rafiki: The past can hurt. But the way i see it, you can either run from it, or learn from it.
